Frances pastors alongside her husband David at Faith Alive Christian Center in Reno, Nevada. They have had the senior pastorate for seven years, and served in many areas of ministry since the mid 80's. Their ministry is marked by the teaching of faith, and the Gifts of the Spirit, especially in the utterance gifts. The love and faith of this precious couple spreads over into their local body, and causes their church to have an excitement and expectancy for God to move them out and win their neighbors, city and world for the Kingdom of God.

Frances has a sincere passion to become a mighty "pray-er", and lead the women of FACC to do the same. She spends much time before God in prayer, and in the Word. She regularly intercedes for our wonderful nation and it's leaders, the great Nation of Israel, and the rest of the world.
