Celebrate Recovery

    Faith Alive Christian Center is excited about further extending our services to the community. We have implemented a Christ centered 12-step recovery program that addresses not only substance abuse and alcoholism, but also dysfunctional behaviors, habits and hang-ups.

    Many people struggle everyday with some form of addictive or compulsive behavior. Sometimes the addiction is hidden from family members and the individual struggles alone. Other times the addiction is so pervasive that the lives of the individual and the lives of the people surrounding them are greatly affected by it. Both situations can cause suffering for all parties involved.

    It is our goal to address these issues in the Celebrate Recovery Program. Beginning May 3^rd 2005, sessions will be held at 7:00 p.m. at 120 Hubbard Way. Participants will enjoy a time of praise and worship, spiritual guidance in attaining their goals, concluding with small group sessions where they can fellowship and talk openly about their hopes and concerns.

The Word of God will be used to equip individuals, who are struggling with all types of dysfunctions, to attain and maintain physical and spiritual freedom.
