While in Reno, the Spirit of God spoke to Roy to leave and go to the Texas/Mexico border area to reach out to the pastors of small churches. Roy was to encourage, love and help them in their call to the ministry, and conduct minister conferences in Mexico and other Latin America countries. Since that first time of instruction, many different aspects of the ministry have unfolded and grown into a full time ministry in Latin America.

To reach out in love and encourage the pastors and their families.

To conduct minister conferences to help train those teaching others the Word of God.

To establish bible schools in strategic areas of Mexico.

To train and develop leaders and equip the laymen for the work of ministry.

A mission complex close to the Mexico/Texas border for......

     ...A place of rest for missionaries and their families as they come and go to their areas of ministry.

     ...A place where the hurting and discouraged can be refreshed and restored that they may continue the call of God on their lives.

     ...A stop over and warehouse area for groups going to and from Mexico and Central America.
