and contains material which is derived in whole or in part from
material supplied by Faith Alive School of Ministry, and other

materials, in whole or in part, that in Church in the Now's sole
discretion are objectionable or in violation of these terms and
conditions.
Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence,
shall Faith Alive School of Ministry, its ministries, subsidiary
companies or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the
use of, or the inability to use, Faith Alive School of Ministry
materials. You specifically acknowledge and agree that Faith Alive
School of Ministry is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or
illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with any Faith
Alive School of Ministry material, or with any of Faith Alive School
of Ministry's terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy
is to discontinue using the Faith Alive School of Ministry family of
online services.
Notices and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright
Infringement.
Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2),
notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to
Service Provider's Designated Agent. ALL INQUIRIES NOT RELEVANT TO
THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE WILL RECEIVE NO RESPONSE.
Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by Faith Alive School
of Ministry, at any time without notice. In the event of
termination, you are no longer authorized to access the bulletin
boards and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material
downloaded from the bulletin boards, the disclaimers and limitations
of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.
Privacy Policy
Faith Alive School of Ministry, producer of the Faith Alive School
of Ministry website, believes that strong electronic privacy is
crucial for the ongoing success of the Internet as a service,
commercial, and entertainment medium. To this end, unless you
designate otherwise, the information you enter here will be known to
only two parties: you and Faith Alive School of Ministry.
We pledge that Faith Alive School of Ministry will not release your
